 Tracmat UK are pleased to support Tom Picton & Carl James on their African expedition
A challenge for charity…
This expedition will involve travelling 30,000 miles through nearly 40 countries. Tom Picton and Carl James will drive from Buckinghamshire, England, to Die Hel near Cape Town in South Africa, and then home again. We will travel down the East coast of Africa, before returning up the far less travelled West coast, summiting Kilimanjaro, the continent’s highest mountain. We will travel from the savannah to the Sahara, drop to the lowest point on the African landmass before scaling the highest, cross full blown mountain ranges with virtually non-existent roads before inching our way through mosquito infested swamps - this really is the ultimate travelling challenge.
